SLComposeViewController uses description instead of user name for Twitter avatar

Summary: SLComposeViewController's account chooser uses the user-provided description of Twitter accounts in Settings rather than the username while retrieving the avatar from Twitter. Haven't tested the other services. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add multiple Twitter accounts in Settings. 2. Select one in the list and change its description. 3. Display a Tweet composer. 4. Tap "Account". Expected Results: View controller uses the account's user name to retrieve the avatar from Twitter. Actual Results: The description is used instead, which could be a different/nonexistent user. Version: iOS 7.0.3 (11B508), 7.1 (11D5099e) Notes: It would probably be better to provide the user ID instead of the user name to the Twitter API, since the user name can be changed. Configuration:
