exit 173 doesn't call the App Store Sign In (Unsigned App)

On my Retina MacBook Pro (Main Development machine), I can fix that by killing storeagent. On my MacBook Air and on my Partner/Illustrator's MacBook Pro (running 10.9 as well) it doesn't help.

Looks like it's fixed in 10.9.2 — that Duplicate/15289073 is now "Closed" and my app doesn't have that prob in the latest 10.9.2
