Calendar file (.ics) QL preview does not show the event's date

Summary:
When using QuickLook on an .ics file, either from Finder or more commonly from within Mail.app, shows the event's time but not the event's date. This is less of a problem from Finder where the icon carries the date but from within Mail it's a problem, there is no way seeing the date of an event. See attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download attached .ics file to the Desktop
2. Select it and press the space bar

Expected Results:
A preview that shows the date and time of the event appears.

Actual Results:
A preview showing the time only appears.
