Double-clicking the send icon sends a duplicate email

Summary: If the user accidentally double-clicks the send icon while composing an email, two copies of the email are sent. The second click should be ignored. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Compose an email 2. Double-click the send icon Expected Results: Only one email should be sent; the second click should have no effect. Actual Results: Two email safe sent.
