Find My Friends should allow traffic overlays

Summary:
The Find My Friends app on iOS should include the traffic overlays from Maps.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Find My Friends.
2. Find a friend’s location.
3. Look at the map.

Expected Results:
There’s a way to overlay traffic data onto the map to see if your friend is stuck in a traffic jam.

Actual Results:
Only the bare map is shown.

Regression:
Unknown.

Notes:
This would be incredibly useful for people wondering why their friends are so late.
