iOS 7.1 beta 3 Shift key state looks inverted. The state for unselected looks selected

Steps to Reproduce:
Launch an app that will require the use of a keyboard
Present the keyboard
Look at the shift button.
The unselected shift key looks selected

Expected Results:
It to be obvious when it is selected

Actual Results:
Currently misleading and confusing resulting in mistaken case.
