Summary: Calling -downloadTaskWithRequest: on background NSURLSession will return nil on the second and subsequent attempts to do so. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Download attached Xcode project. 2. Run on iOS 7 device. 3. Close app. 4. In Xcode, choose "Simulate Background Fetch" from the "Debug" menu. 5. Repeat step 4 multiple times. Expected Results: In the Console log, you should see "didFinishDownloadingToURL" printed every time a simulated fetch is performed. Actual Results: "didFinishDownloadingToURL" is printed for the first successful fetch. When attempting subsequent fetches, downloadTaskWithRequest returns nil, so the app is unable to perform the fetch.
