Ugly lock screen when opening a push notification

When opening a push notification (in this case a text message) via swipe from the lock screen, the unlock screen looks like this on my iPhone 5s with Touch ID enabled: http://d.pr/i/6nRK Regression: this was fine on iOS 7.1 Beta 2.
