Blur under Slide to unlock too bright with certain wallpapers

Summary:
On a bright wallpaper, when you have a notification on the lock screen and begin to swipe to unlock the phone, the blurred area under "slide to unlock" becomes very bright, and stays that way even if you let go of the swipe and return to the lock screen.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set wallpaper to one of several bright/multicolored ones included in iOS 7.
2. Receive a notification
3. Begin swipe on the "slide to unlock" UI.

Expected Results:
Blur should remain as it appeared initially.

Actual Results:
Blur becomes very bright, adding a jarring "glow" effect to the control.
