iTunes Connect error when sorting Game Center items

Summary: An error message repeatedly displays in iTunes Connect when attempting to change the sort order of any leaderboard or achievement item for a Game Center app. Any attempts to change the order of leaderboards or achievements fails with an error message, and changes are subsequently forgotten or reverted. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login to iTunes Connect on any desktop computer with Safari 7 2. Click on "Manage Your Apps" 3. Select a Game Center-enabled app, or create a new app and enable Game Center. If you create a new app, be sure to add multiple leaderboards or achievements. 3. Click on "Manage Game Center" 4. Attempt to change the order of any leaderboard or achievement by dragging the triple-grey-line on the left side of each listing. 5. Wait a moment for iTunes Connect to register the changes 6. iTunes Connect displays the following error message in red text on a yellow background: "Failed to update sort order. Please try again." 7. No changes to the sort order are saved, even after refreshing, clearing the cache, signing in / out, etc. Expected Results: iTunes Connect should save the modified sort order of leaderboards and achievements. Actual Results: iTunes Connect fails (repeatedly) to save the modified sort order of leaderboards and achievements. Version: Browser: Safari 7.0.1 OS X: 10.9.1 Mavericks Machine: iMac, Mid 2011
