Summary:
UIAutomation will not attach to a target running in the iOS 7.1 Simulator--whether running the Instruments GUI or instruments CLI tool, UIAutomation launches, pauses, and after about 30 seconds, aborts, with an error message printed to the Instruments GUI or the Terminal.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Xcode 5.1 Beta 5.
2. Open the Simulator and set it to "iPhone Retina (4-inch 64-bit)", "iOS 7.1 (11D5145e)".
3. Execute `sh RunUIAutomationTests.sh` from the root directory of the attached project.

Expected Results:
UIAutomation runs the "LogIn.js" script.

Actual Results:
UIAutomation prints the following to the console:

If the trace is opened in the Instruments GUI, you will see a single error: "An error occurred while trying to run the script." This error is also seen if UIAutomation is launched from Xcode.

Notes:
This is a regression from Xcode 5.1 Beta 4.
