Summary:
Download progress bar appears on Applications folder icon in the Dock.

Steps to Reproduce:
Unknown

Expected Results:
When no app is downloading or copying into the Applications folder, there should be no progress indicator in the Dock.

Actual Results:
When no app is downloading or copying into the Applications folder, an empty progress indicator appears in the Dock. See image.

Regression:
Unknown

Notes:
I haven't been able to find what triggers the problem, but killall Dock in Terminal makes it go away.
