Images from the camera should have lowercase filename extensions

Summary:
.jpg, not .JPG. All-caps is so reminiscent of DOS.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take some photos with your iPhone.
2. Import them with Image Capture or e-mail them to a friend.

Expected Results:
The resulting images have the filename extension “.jpg”.

Actual Results:
The resulting images have the filename extension “.JPG”.

Notes:
At least it’s not .JPEG.
