WebView with large frame height crashes app (and device).

When a WebView's frame height is made sufficiently large it crashes the application. This only happens with a WebView. The WebView does not need any content for this to happen. Attached is a project which will duplicate the crash. The project uses a storyboard, but it should be noted that it does not matter whether the webview is part of a storyboard or created programmatically; the crash will occur either way.
