Trailing Emoji in Clang warnings isn't visible in Xcode Issue Navigator

Summary: When an emoji character is the last character in a #warnings string, it's not shown in the Issue Navigator, and is instead replaced by "...". HOWEVER, if the emoji character is NOT the last character, it works fine. See screenshot attached for other sample cases. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Insert a clang warning with emoji as follows: #warning 🐴🐴🐴 2. Build Expected Results: See warning containing "🐴🐴🐴" Actual Results See warning containing "🐴🐴..."
