Improper Advertising Identifier Usage

Everytime we want to upload the build to the app, which DOESN'T use any advertising feature the error occurs. This is a serious bug, which makes us unable to send any update to any of our apps. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Build and archive the app 2. Click on "distribute" in Xcode Expected Results: The app is uploaded.
