NSURL lastPathComponent bug with #! in the path

Summary:
If a NSURL contains #! in its path, calling lastPathComponent will return / instead of the actual last path component

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an NSURL object with a path containing #!.  For example: https://twitter.com/#!/waynehartman
2. Send a `lastPathComponent` message to the url

Expected Results:
For the example URL:
https://twitter.com/#!/waynehartman

I expect the result to be:
waynehartman

Actual Results:
The actual result is:
