UISelectionGrabberDot on reused UITableViewCell is shown out of frame

When a UITextField as a subview of a UITableViewCell's content view with selected text is scrolled out of bounds of the table view, the cell is not reused and the 2 blue dots (of private class UISelectionGrabberDot) are displayed in the frontmost window overlaying every view including the navbar.
