Summary:
Cannot set the Collection view controller that is no embeded in any navigation controller not to overlapped with status bar

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open storyboard
2. Add the Collection View Controller to canvas
3. Try to setting the controller setting.
4. Run.

Expected Results:
Can set the collection view controller to not overlap with the status bar.

Actual Results:
Collection view always overlap with status bar.
