Summary:
My iPhone 4 and my iPad 3 are set to german language. The "not enought storage"-message from iCloud is not translated into german.

Steps to Reproduce:
Get a iOS-Device. Set Language to german. Fill your iCloud-Storage. Wait for device to make a backup.  See error message.

Expected Results:
Translated error message in german.

Actual Results:
Error message not translated to language i set in settings.
