"From (null)" screen to the left of Home

There's an empty container in Home
• when opening home by double tapping the home button a "from (null)" view appears on the top left. 
Tapping on it lags and then opens WWDC app
• steps to reproduce: Can't reproduce
• Expected result: no extra screens on home
• Actual result: you get an extra empty window on the top left of home
