Summary: In previous versions of Mac OS X, if you edited /etc/hosts (correctly), and flushed the DNS cache, local DNS changes would incur Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open /etc/hosts (eg 127.0.0.1 BlahBlah.blah) 2. Add an entry 3. Flush DNS cache Expected Results: BlahBlah.blah to resolve to localhost Actual Results: does not resolve.
