I'd be nice if Cocoa and CocoaTouch APIs could benefit from Swift's module feature

Can signatures of all Cocoa and CocoaTouch APIs use modules to simplify class names:

CGRect => CoreGraphics.Rect
NSRect => Foundation.Rect
UIView => UIKit.View
