Xcode 6 hang

Summary:
Works fine with other files and Xcode 5.1.1. Only hang when I try to open my Storyboard file. It contains from 10-15 UIViewController in it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open project in Xcode
2. Click on Main.storyboard

Expected Results:
It should open up the Interface Builder for my storyboard

Actual Results:
It just hang. And I have to Force Quit the Xcode. But the process name Interface Builder Cocoa Touch Tool is still running in the background even after I kill Xcode. Kill Xcode 3 times will produce Interface Builder Cocoa Touch Tool process for 3 times
