Swift prioritizes brevity over readability. I'm talking about the new keywords like "func" and "var" .

• it breaks "read like a sentence" rule
• it doesn't play well with autocorrect
• it breaks muscle memory of typists
• it does not save any time
• it looks plain confusing
...

Swift is a brand-new language. Please, don't go down this path. It makes no sense.

Steps to Reproduce:
Define a function or a variable in Swift

Expected Results:
Use of grammatical English words

Actual Results:
Use of non-sensical words

Comments
