Thumbnail of photo doesn't change in filters view after editing the original

Steps to reproduce:
1. Take a photo with the Camera app
2. Go to the Photos app
3. Edit photo with fine-tune controls (brightness, contrast, etc.)
4. Tap Done. 
5. Tap Edit. 
6. Tap the built-in filters button. 

Expected: the None thumbnail shows the photo after the edits from step #3

Actual: the None thumbnail shows the original photo.
