Tapping Explore Tab a Second a Time Crashes a App Store

• Detailed description of the issue
Navigating to the Explore tab, to a different tab, and then back to the Explore tab crashes the App Store.

• Steps to reproduce
1. Open App Store
2. Tap Explore tab
3. Tap any other tab
4. Tap the Explore tab again

• Expected result
The Explore tab will display.

• Actual result
The app crashes.
