Swift Prog. Language: iBook version references to Playground without a link to open it

In the iBooks/epub version of The Swift Programming Language, the text "“For the best experience, open this chapter as a playground in Xcode. ” is alone without "Open Playground" — unlike in the Xcode version. This is very confusing and one would wonder why OS X couldn't show it.
