NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription can't be localized

 
When adding the NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription key to Info.plist, its content is not localized when the location permission alert is displayed.

This is in contrast to the old NSLocationUsageDescription where localization works without any problem.
