Battery Percentage Sometimes Disappears Even When Set

• Detailed description of the issue
Occasionally, battery percentage will disappear even when it is still set in the Settings app.

Workaround: Toggle Battery Percentage off and on to get it to display again.

• Steps to reproduce
1. Turn on battery percentage (Settings > General > Usage)
2. Occasionally, it will disappear

• Expected result
The battery percentage should constantly stay on unless explicitly turned off.

• Actual result
The battery percentage occasionally disappears.
