Swift compiler crashing when having inout parameters in closure

The compiler crashes when compiling file with the following line:

typealias TaylorHandler = (inout request: Request, inout response: Response) -> (ok: Bool)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add route.swift file to project
2. Build


Expected Results:
It compiles

Actual Results:
Compiler crashes with error 254

Version:
Version 6.0 (6A216f)
