Summary:
Swift.String conforms to DebugPrintable but not Printable.


Steps to Reproduce:
Attempt to pass a string to a parameter <T : Hashable>.


Expected Results:
1. I expected it to be a valid Printable.


Actual Results:
It errors—surprisingly, but evidently correctly—that String is not Printable.


Regression:
N/A


Notes:
Easy enough to add in an extension, of course.
