Summary: It appears that when double-tapping on floated elements in iOS 8 Safari that it will zoom the content area, even if user-scalable=no is set in the viewport. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load http://modos.org/ios8/zoom.html in iOS 8 Safari 2. Double-tap on the text "double tap to zoom" Expected Results: I expected the page not to zoom in Actual Results: The page zooms in Version: iPhone 5 (A1428) running 8.0 (12A4297e)
