Add to Home Screen misaligned icon.

 
Adding Home Screen bookmark view in mobile Safari has misaligned application Icon that covers parts of bookmark name and URL.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Safari
2. Open any website/webapp
3. Tap Add to Home Screen.

Expected Results:
Icon shouldn't cover website name and URL fields.

Actual Results:
Icon covers parts of website name and URL fields.
