Summary: When you delete a record type your schema using the CloudKit dashboard, you can't re-create records with the same name any more. Steps to Reproduce: Steps: 1. Create a record type 'foo' using CKContainer.defaultContainer().publicCloudDatabase().saveRecord(..) 2. Go to Cloudkit dashboard 3. Delete the record type from the schema. 4. Create a new 'foo' record. Expected Results: Record 'foo' saved, and Cloudkit dashboard listing recordtype 'foo' under schema.
