App Store: App Store Crashes When Navigating From Explore Tab

Slightly changed from the crashing bug in beta 2, the App Store in beta 3 crashes whenever navigating FROM the Explore tab instead of back to it.

1. Open the App Store
2. Tap the Explore tab
3. Tap any other tab, and crash
