The CloudKit discoverability authorization message will scare users!

Summary:
The current message for users opting-in for discoverability should change for something more friendly, explanatory and less scary. Today it sounds like some bad user will rip off my email address from somewhere and fill me up with spam and threats.

User privacy must be protected at all costs, but being more informative on the purpose of this feature will benefit both users and developers.
