Can't identify when there is more than one breakpoint in the same line

Summary:
When you set more than one breakpoint in the same line, the icon is the same and you only have access to modify the last your create. 
The only way to know if there is more that one breakpoint in the same line is opening the breakpoint navigator.
The only way to modify is opening in the breakpoint navigator.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Xcode and add more than one breakpoint in the same line.

Expected Results:
The icon in code editor must be different is there is more than one breakpoint in the same line. A pile of arrows, different color, ... whatever. Additionally will the great if you could change breakpoint description in breakpoint navigator.
