App Store: Writing App Reviews For Some Apps Is Broken

Attempting to write a review for any app on the App Store does not work.

1. Attempt to write a review
2. The review modal is presented but is then immediately dismissed

Please verify on iOS 8, seed 4. If you are still experiencing this particular issue, please review your original steps to reproduce to ensure they still clearly define the problem. If you did not provide steps to reproduce, please do so, along with any relevant logs.
