Xcode6-Beta4 (6A267n): Non-Zero UITableView Separator width causes 0 section widths

Summary:
If I use IB to create a static UITableView, and keep the separators at default, single, or etched, the view gets completely compressed: http://screencast.com/t/lxBt0T56Mqq

This does not happen if I set the Separator to None: http://screencast.com/t/DmFElr67Fh

Expected Results:
The UITableView to be laid out appropriately with any Separator type

Notes:
If I implement -tableView:heightForRowAtIndexPath: and calculate each row height, the problem is resolved. But, I shouldn’t have to do that with an IB drawn static table
