Summary: Neither the Instruments GUI nor CLI tool included with Xcode 6 can run UIAutomation scripts on iOS 7.1 simulators. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select the Xcode 6 toolchain: in the Terminal, execute `export DEVELOPER_DIR /Applications/Xcode6-Beta5.app/Contents/Developer/`. 2. From the root directory of the attached project, execute `sh RunUIAutomationTests.sh` in the Terminal. Expected Results: As directed by `RunUIAutomationTests.sh`, `instruments` should run the UIAutomations script in `LogIn.js` in the iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1 Simulator. Actual Results: `instruments` prints the following, then aborts: Waiting for device to boot... 2014-08-09 10:21:20.575 instruments[30501:1007] -[UIAInstrument(UIAInstrument_Simulator) _startAgentForApp:withPID:]: Error: Process 30532 not found 2014-08-09 10:21:20.576 instruments[30501:1007] Automation Instrument ran into an exception while trying to run the script. UIATargetHasGoneAWOLException 2014-08-09 17:21:20 +0000 Fail: An error occurred while trying to run the script.
