Disabling the static analyzer on a specific file does not work with Xcode 6 Beta 5

Summary:
When using these compiler flags "-w -Xanalyzer -analyzer-disable-checker" to disable the static analyzer on a specific file, Xcode will emit errors when you try to build your project.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Analyze the project

Expected Results:
The project is analyzed without errors

Actual Results:
The project isn't analyzed and throw these errors : 
- error: error reading 'pic'
- error: no analyzer checkers are associated with '-mrelocation-model'

Version:
Xcode 6 Beta 5 (6.0 6A279r)
OS X Mavericks (10.9.3 13D65)

Notes:
This error can be fixed by removing the "-w -Xanalyzer -analyzer-disable-checker" flags on ViewController.m

I filed a duplicate for this and got a response, telling me to use -Xanalyzer -analyzer-disable-all-checks instead which was introduced with Xcode 6.1 (Build 6A1052d)
