Summary:
Not being able to switch between grouped and simple results in either unnecessary duplicated storyboard scenes or duplicated/hacky code (set number of sections to 0 and return zero header height)

Steps to Reproduce:
in a UITableViewController try:
self.tableview.style = UITableViewStylePlain;

Expected Results:
Table view should stop asking for header rows

Actual Results:
Compile error, style is readonly.
