Swift Logger file fails to compile in Release (Fastest [-O]) on iOS Simulator in Xcode 6 Beta 7

Summary:
The sample code that I have attached compiles fine in the Debug configuration with the Swift Optimization Level set to None. However, if you flip the Optimization Level to Release (Fastest [-O]), then it fails to compile the Logger.swift file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Swift Compiler example app
2. Run it in the iOS Simulator in Debug
3. Attempt to run it in the iOS Simulator in Release

Expected Results:
The app compile and run fine in Debug. It will fail to compile in Release.

Version:
Xcode 6 Beta 7, iOS 8 Beta 5

Apple replied that the issue should be resolved in Xcode 6.3 beta 1 and it has in fact been fixed.
