Wallpaper selector only shows

Summary: Starting in the iOS 8 GM seed, the wallpaper selector only displays photos from the "Recently Added". All other photos in the camera roll are not available. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Go to "Wallpaper" 3. "Choose a New Wallpaper" 4. Notice the albums listed Expected Results: All photos are available. Actual Results: Only "Recently Added" photos are available. Version: 8.0 GM (12A365)
