It is possible to remove keyboards that are needed for complex passcode

Summary:
I am using complex password (not 4 digests) and replaced the original keyboard with 3rd party keyboard. I had no idea it's not supported on the lock screen and I locked myself from the device.
(Thanks for remote wipe for saving me)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set complex password with English keyboard.
2. Remove the English keyboard.
3. Restart the device. (for Touch ID users)

Expected Results:
Typing the passcode

Actual Results:
You are locked from your device :)
