Summary:
Right-clicking or Ctrl-clicking on the group button in Save panels shows a menu with "Item 1", "Item 2" and "Item 3" menu items.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Display the Save panel or sheet in any app.
2. Right-click or Ctrl-click on the group button.
3. Observe the placeholder menu items.

Expected Results:
Either no menu, or the same menu as normal clicking on it.

Actual Results:
A placeholder menu.
