UITableViewCell's contentView Doesn't Have Correct Bounds in Initializers

Summary:
The UITableViewCell's contentView's bounds is not representative of how it will be displayed on screen when the cell is init'ed on the iPhone 6.

Steps to Reproduce:
Run the sample project.

Expected Results:
I expect that the contentView will have the correct frame.

Actual Results:
The contentView frame is not correct.

Version:
iOS 8.1 beta 1.

iPhone 6 & iPhone 6 Simulator

Engineering has provided the following feedback regarding this issue:

There is no guarantee that the content view's frame will not change between initialization and display.
