Visual bug in dock tooltip

Summary:
When you click the command key while a dock menu is visible, the text overflows and the menu is no longer centered with the icon it belongs to.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hover on the trash icon in the dock
2. Right-click the icon
2. Press the cmd key while the menu is visible

Expected Results:
The menu tooltip show grow in size.

Actual Results:
The text overflows and the tooltip is no longer centered with the icon.
