Summary:
OSX proxy settings are not used by the iOS 8 simulator.

Steps to Reproduce:
Setup a proxy in the system.

Expected Results:
The iOS 8 simulator should copy the proxy settings from OSX and use them.

Actual Results:
Proxy settings are ignored.

Xcode Version 6.0.1 (6A317), iOS Simulator Version 8.0 (550.1)
and XcodeVersion 6.1 (6A1052d), iOS Simulator Version 8.1 (550.3)
